DUBAI – As Dubai continues to attract long-term residents, Wasl Group has announced the launch of a new phase in its South Garden development, with a significant allocation for first-time home buyers.

The initiative is aligned with the Dubai First-Time Home Buyer (FTHB) programme, under which a substantial share of units in South Garden Buildings D and E will be reserved for eligible residents.

The launch strengthens Wasl’s role in supporting the city’s vision to deliver 17,000 affordable homes across six key neighbourhoods, while reinforcing its reputation as one of Dubai’s leading real estate developers.

What is being offered?

Following the sell-out of the project’s first phase within 48 hours in 2024, the new buildings bring a curated mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Located within Wasl Gate in Jebel Ali, the project benefits from direct Metro access, proximity to Festival Plaza Mall and a wide range of private amenities including a gated Zen Garden.

This combination of accessibility and exclusivity reflects Wasl’s strategy of building communities that balance convenience, tranquillity and long-term value.

How will buyers benefit?

Through its partnership with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Wasl is offering first-time buyers exclusive early access to the units, along with tailored incentives. These include reduced upfront fees, flexible payment options and discounted pricing.

A limited portion of the apartments will be made available to the wider public, but the focus of this release is firmly on supporting first-time buyers. Given the developer’s history of rapid sellouts, strong interest is anticipated from end-users seeking long-term homes in one of Dubai’s fastest-growing freehold communities.

When is the allocation available?

The new release is now open, with priority extended to registered first-time buyers. This allocation gives residents the opportunity to secure a property in a prime freehold master development, while benefiting from Dubai’s government-backed support programme.

Mohamed Al Bahar, Director of Business Development at Wasl Group, said the success of the initiative reflects not only the trust in Wasl’s communities but also its role in delivering homes with value and purpose to meet the emirate’s evolving housing needs.
